Free Trial

During the free trial, BizBinder is provided without a paid license, so no payment and no refund are involved during the trial.

Paid annual licenses

When paid annual licenses become available, we want you to be satisfied with BizBinder. If you purchase a license and are not satisfied, you may contact us at support@getbizbinder.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We will review each request in good faith.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@getbizbinder.com with your purchase details and the reason for your request. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as BizBinder moves from the free trial to general release. The date above reflects the latest version.
